An intercom and supervisory control system was put into operation in the Siberian branch of Svyaztransneft (Tomsk) under the technical upgrading programme. The work was underway from April until August of this year.

The works are conducted from December 2015 as part of programme of development of the corporate data communication network for building the unified information system (UIS) of Transneft.
Western Siberian Industrial Communication Department of Svyaztransneft (Tyumen) continues construction of a high-speed communication line at Demyansk – Tomsk section for provision of mobile radio communication services to Transneft Siberia within the borders of Tobolsk Oil Trunk Pipeline Directorate (OTPD).

The Upper Volga Industrial Communication Directorate (based in Yaroslavl) of Svyaztransneft and the Fire Fighting Service of the Yaroslavl Line Operation Dispatcher Station (LODS) of the Yaroslavl Regional Oil Pipeline Directorate (YaRPD), Transneft Baltic, conducted an onsite man-caused emergency prevention and response drill with the aim to improve the personnel’s knowledge and skills in fast elimination of simulated emergencies.
On the eve of the commemoration marking the 72nd anniversary of the Victory, Svyaztransneft organized meetings with veterans and other events dedicated to the honouring of the participants of the Great Patriotic War.
