Middle Ob branch of Svyaztransneft (Surgut) finished construction and assembly works as part of revamping of the industrial-engineering communication (IEC) system of Noyabrsk and Surgut Oil Trunk Pipeline Directorates (OTPD) of Transneft Siberia. Construction has been performed in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area - Yugra and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area since October 2016 in accordance with the communication network technical upgrading and revamping programme of Svyaztransneft.
Middle Volga Industrial Communication Directorate of Svyaztransneft (Samara) commissioned the fibre-optic communication line (FOCL) at the section from the enclosure of control and monitoring station No. 37 (CMS) to the state border with the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Far Eastern Branch of Svyaztransneft (Khabarovsk) commissioned a new communications center in the territory of Oil Pump Station No. 29 (OPS) of Transneft Far East. The communications center was built to the extent of implementation of the project of extension of the delivery capacity of Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean Pipeline System (ESPO PS) up to 50 million tons at the section Skovorodino OPS – Kozmino Port.
Western Siberian branch of Svyaztransneft (Tyumen) finished construction of the first phase of the mobile radio communications system of TETRA standard at the section between Chashi - Tyumen communications centres of Ust-Balyk - Kurgan - Ufa - Almetievsk, Nizhnevartovsk - Kurgan - Kuybyshev oil trunk pipelines and Tyumen - Yurgamysh petroleum products pipeline.
Svyaztransneft completed the final stage of the first round of the Second Global Scientific and Technical Youth Conference (STYC) of Transneft and the International Association of Oil Transporters member companies. The event was held in the electrical communications workshop No. 6, the Upper Volga Branch (St. Petersburg) and involved 16 young professionals from the Company’s branches and the administration.
West Siberian branch of Svyaztransneft (Tyumen) put a new Torgili Communication Centre (CC) – Konda CC fibre-optic communication line (FOCL) into operation.
The Ural branch (Ufa) of Svyaztransneft commissioned the new fibre-optic communications link (FOCL) at the section Yurgamysh communications centre (CC) - Suslovo CC.
Svyaztransneft North Caucasian Branch (Novorossiysk) finished construction and installation of Krymsky communications hub.
Svyaztransneft successfully completed the comprehensive audit of the energy (EnMS), environmental (EMS), and occupational health (OHMS) management systems.
New communication hubs (CH) have been built at three OPS’s as well as three earth stations for satellite communication (ESSC) have been installed to ensure communication for control over the operation of the pipeline.
