Upper Volga Industrial Communication Department of Svyaztransneft (Yaroslavl) has replaced diesel power stations of standby power supply at five communications centres: Yaroslavl, Pravdino, Bykovo, Kirishi, Pes, located in Yaroslavl, Novgorod and Leningrad Regions.
Western Siberian Industrial Communication Department of Svyaztransneft (Tyumen) has finished construction of two communication facilities.
Industrial facilities of Svyaztransneft, JSC have been fully prepared to the spring flood of 2016. As part of the measures on preparing oil pipeline transportation communication facilities and communications installations to stable work during the spring flood, the enterprise established a committee headed by Igor Khalatov, Deputy Chief Engineer for Engineering; it coordinates activities of flood control committees of 13 branches of Svyaztransneft, JSC. Besides, a plan of readiness of communication facilities to work during the spring flood has been developed and approved.
The second stage of the XIII Transneft, JSC Youth Scientific and Technical Conference, section “Automation of Process Control Systems; Communications”, was conducted at the innovation centre Skolkovo.
Middle Ob branch of Svyaztransneft, JSC has finished a regular construction stage of the communication network of Zapolyarye – Purpe oil pipeline system.
Middle Volga Industrial Communication Department of Svyaztransneft, JSC (Samara) has finished construction of five antenna-mast structures (AMS) in Rostov and Volgograd Regions. The works were performed as part of implementation of the Technical Upgrading and Revamping Programme of Svyaztransneft, JSC.
Construction of the fiber-optic communications links (FOCL) in Skovorodino NPS-21 section, 62 km check and metering point (Chinese border) of the East Siberia – Pacific Ocean oil trunk pipeline, was finalized at the Svyaztransneft, JSC Baikal Region Branch (the city of Bratsk), as part of the Svyaztransneft, JSC Technical Upgrading and Revamping Program.
Siberian branch of Svyaztransneft, JSC commissioned on-site communication lines at ten facilities of Transneft Central Siberia, JSC prior to the scheduled date. Construction was conducted as part of Technical Upgrading program.
Ural Industrial Communication Department of Svyaztransneft, JSC (Ufa) commissioned an industrial-engineering communication line at the sections Subkhankulovo OPS (oil pump section) – Shkapovo OPS, Shkapovo OPS – Salavat OPS, Travniki OPS – Chelyabinsk OPS – Kanashi OPS.
Baikal Region branch of Svyaztransneft, JSC (Bratsk) has finished construction of a communication network for integration of control and monitoring stations (CMS) into the existing communication network at earthquake-prone sections (more than eight points) of the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO) oil trunk pipeline. The works were conducted as part of the Technical Upgrading and Revamping Program of Svyaztransneft, JSC.
